Upon completing your booking using the online system, you will be sent a detailed Client Questionnaire and Pre-Session Guidelines. It is essential to engage fully with these documents as they are as much a part of the process as the session itself.
Before booking, the main things to consider are whether you are genuinely ready to stop smoking at the current time (i.e., is the timing tight?) and checking that you have a suitable computer/device setup and internet connection for the Zoom session.
